The index
Eight kinds of work, grouped the way we book them
Most properties call about one of these and end up using three. They are listed in the order a visit tends to move through them, from what is living on the place, to what is growing on it, to what has been built on it.
What is living on the property
The pest side of the book. Perimeter first, interior where it earns its place.
Pest and insect control
General insect control plus ants, cockroaches, crickets, fleas, scorpions, spiders and ticks.
Termite control
Slab and ground line inspection, treatment, and the paperwork a sale or mortgage needs.
Rodent control and exclusion
Exclusion, removal and wildlife live trapping, sealed before anything is taken out.
What is growing on it
The grounds side, run alongside the pest work on the same property.
Lawn care and fertilization
Weed control, nutrient feedings, turf management and the annual fire ant treatment.
Tree care
Canopy work, deadwood and recovery for Central Texas live oaks and yard trees.
What is built and watered on it
The work that turns a yard into somewhere you actually sit.
Sprinkler systems
Coverage surveyed on the ground, zoned to what each part of the yard needs.
Misting systems
Patio and yard coverage planned around where people actually sit.
Outdoor living
Pergolas, patio extensions, masonry and bed work, handed back to the turf.

Not sure which of these you need?
Describe what you are seeing and the office will tell you which visit it is. Most properties turn out to need less than they expected and something they had not thought of.
